Let me clear up a misconception about massage not being done in the first trimester: Massage is safe in the first trimester, some remedial/beauty therapist are not Cert 1 or practitioner trained- therefor do not give massages in the first trimester.- this can be insurance related as well. I am trained in Remedial massage that included; Pregnancy massage and I have a cert 1, in Practitioner pregnancy massage.

About TOP TO TOE Massage
For the conservative mum to be, we have gowns for you to wear during your TOP TO TOE massage.
Depending on your pregnancy and whether you are having multiple babies, in the first trimester, the pregnancy massage can be performed on your stomach or side.
During trimester 2 & 3, massage must be performed lying down on your side or in a seated chair. This ensures safety for both mother and baby and enhances your treatment by deepening relaxation with a more optimal position for mother and baby.
If this is your first TOP TO TOE pregnancy massage experience, we recommend you book the 75 minute treatment for your initial appointment, to discuss and address any pre-existing conditions or current health concerns.
Our Signature TOP TO TOE massage treatments are for all trimesters, 1st, 2nd and 3rd to assist you right through your pregnancy.
